In this framework the Degree in Telematics Engineering of the University Carlos III of Madrid is designed, which takes care of every aspect that enable our graduates to position themselves at the forefront of technological knowledge and skills, not only to meet the current market needs but also to be a leader in every technological advancement linked to Internet. For the implementation, design and development of communication networks (Internet, mobile networks, Internet of Things, Software Defined Networks and ubiquitous networks) and its services and applications (such as mobile applications, social networks, services in the cloud, big data and multimedia applications), a professional profile specifically qualified in this area is required. Summer / Short course
This full time four week course is aimed at individuals wishing to expand and refine their knowledge of sound in the audio visual industry. Media professionals, documentary, fiction and advertising creatives, editors, sound trainees and YouTubers are just an example of those who could greatly benefit from joining the course, to widen their understanding of industry standards and workflows for audio.

Master in Mechanical Engineering, Innovation & Industrial Engineering
Master's degree
Master study program Mechanical Engineering, Innovation & Industrial Engineering is young and modern study field reflecting the needs of manufacturing companies. Students will gain theoretical knowledge and practical skills in innovation of a product and design and optimization of manufacturing process of a product. Students will gain knowledge of mechanical engineering extended by specific methods of innovation engineering, creativity and industrial engineering. Graduates find jobs in companies in innovation teams, as designers, industrial engineers, project managers, etc. Since the TUL programs are recognized by the European Federation of National Engineering Associations FEANI, alumni are eligible for the EUR ING title.

Light Engineering (BA)

Light Engineering is the Program with no close rivals at the neighboring universities within the Baltic region. It combines a practice-oriented and shorter studies focused on light technologies, which is among the best developed and fastest growing high-tech fields in Lithuania.  Most of Light Engineering courses are taught by leading Lithuanian professors and scientists that are active in this field. Even more, the Program offers a unique possibility to learn the practical skills using the modern growth and characterization equipment available at the National Centre for Physical Sciences and Technology. Light Engineering graduates will acquire the professional competence to carry out the complex tasks requiring knowledge of semiconductor physics, new growth technologies, semiconductor optoelectronic devices, such us modern lasers, LEDs, OLEDs, solar cells, etc. They will learn the modern digital modelling techniques, and will be able to use the software for the process automation and control.
