The course will help you focus on the practical aspects of Italian language and develop everyday communication skills. The Italian standard course in Florence OR Milan will enable you to improve all four skills: reading, writing, listening and speaking.
Course objectives
The aim of the Italian course is to develop your practical and communication skills. By learning and practicing Italian in fun and focused lessons you will increase your confidence in using Italian, consolidate your language knowledge and achieve greater fluency. As no translation is used in the classroom you will be making rapid progress in Italian.
Course content
On the first day of your Italian language course, if you are a beginner student you will immediately start with your first Italian lesson. If you have previous knowledge of Italian you will take a written and oral placement test, so that we can place you in the appropriate group for your Italian language level. We offer Common European Framework A1, A2, B1, B2, C1levels from complete beginner to advanced. Each level can be completed in 4 weeks and after successful completion of a progress test you can move up to the next level.For your Italian courses, you will use a textbook which can be purchased at school and your teacher will provide extra learning material. At the end of your Italian course, you can ask for a Linguaviva certificate showing the length of the course and the Italian language level achieved.
